DPD POLICY CHANGE

DPD have changed their policy as of 1st June. If the delivery is unsuccessful your order will be taken to the nearest DPD pick-up shop. DPD will email you the pickup confirmation containing the date, store address and a pickup pass when the order is ready to be collected. You will need to present this pickup pass upon delivery, failing to do so will result in you not being able to collect your parcel.

Prior to your delivery, you'll receive a notification email and text message to alert you of the time of arrival. If you're not available at the timeslot offered you can click the available links and change your delivery.

If you fail to collect your parcel within 7 days the item will be returned to CM Hair and Beauty Supplies and there will be an additional shipping fee of £4.95+vat payable before the order is resent.

The request for an order to be cancelled will be refunded less the delivery fee of £4.95+vat 

If an incorrect address has been submitted and DPD is unable to deliver the parcel a redirection charge of £10+vat will be applied

Delivery
Only valid on orders within mainland UK. The Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands, and certain areas of the UK may vary according to the size and weight of the parcel. For the same day despatch, orders must be placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday & 1pm Fridays. If the order is placed after 1pm Friday your order will be processed and dispatched on Monday. If a Monday falls on a bank holiday then the order will be out for delivery on Tuesday. Dispatch times can vary depending on stock availability and any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to any delays that can result from transport delays or force majeure, for which we will not be held responsible. Delivery times are quoted in good faith and we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.

Furniture and equipment orders are normally delivered within 2 - 4 weeks although some items may take 6 - 8 weeks, you will be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed. Any furniture ordered will be delivered to the front door and ground floor premises only, as drivers are not insured to take upstairs or inside of premises. We advise that tradesmen who are booked to install items should only be arranged once in receipt of the goods.
